Dr. Ayaviri is the Director of Public Health of United4Change Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Epidemiology Johns Hopkins University, USA) and a Master's Degree in human development and social policies. (Universidad Andina Simón), master's degree in public health, UMSA and residence in international health, PAHO/WHO Washington DC. He has extensive national and international experience, both published in Bolivia and in the Inter-American system and United Nations (PAHO/WHO) in South and Central American countries in the development of systems and health services, with specificity in planning and hospital management,

Kirstie is in her last semester of Grad school at the University of Houston for a MSW. She is on the macro track with a specialization focused on international human trafficking. She received her BSW in 2015 at Lamar University. She has done volunteer work in Tanzania and Zambia and hopes to continue to work in various parts of Africa. She was accepted to go to the Clinton Global Initiative (CGIU) Conference with a partner for taking steps towards creating an organization that raised awareness of human trafficking and the intention of creating a curriculum for the community and schools.

Ms. Heil obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work with a minor in French from Southeastern Louisiana University in December of 2014 with a GPA of 3.393. In her undergraduate studies, she served as an active member of the Social Work club, French club, and Moxie Dance Project. Holly served as the treasurer and vice president of the Social Work club and served as a judge for the Foreign Language Festival. She is a member of Phi Alpha, Social Work Honors Society, and Phi Sigma Iota, International Foreign Language Honors Society.

Ms. Espinoza serves as Educational Consultant. She also serves as Professor of technology and practical knowledge. Mrs. Espinoza holds a Bachelor’s degree in alternative education and educational sciences. She has performed multiple professional educational roles in urban and rural settings. Her expertise includes skill development for microenterprises,

Mr. Carvallo serves as Director of Bolivia Projects. He is a native Bolivian, served as a commercial pilot, and holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration. He obtained Diplomas as a technician in Programming and foreign trade. Professional training include courses and workshops in Human and public relations and administrative procedures. He has extensive experience in planning and managing seminars, training programs,

Ms. De Murillo serves as Director of Education Programs for U4C. She is a pedagogue and recognized author, businesswoman and motivator.
As an accomplished educator, she has transformed and impacted the lives of many people not only in Bolivia but also in the United States.

Sonia MurilloDr. Murillo serves as U4C’s Medical Director. She also serves on the Board of Directors of U4C. She is a Pediatrician at Nor-Lea Hospital, where she has practiced for more than 7 years. She has received several awards such as The Most Compassionate and Sensitive Physician at Nor-Lea Hospital in 2011. For the past few years, with the help of her team (pediatric nurses, aids, PA and other staff), Dr. Murillo has created a Christmas program, distributing gifts to needy children.

Dr. Murillo is a philanthropist and has served as an active volunteer for several local and international organizations including the Red Cross of Bolivia, Rotary International, and the Lovington Rotary Club. She is a co-founder of United4Change Center for International Development & Global Citizenship, serving as a board member and as medical director.

Ms. Murillo serves as Consulting Economist at U4C. She holds a master’s degree in Finances and Marketing from the Universidad Del Valle and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz, Bolivia.
Further, Mrs. Murillo earned a diploma in design and evaluation of social projects and has vast professional experience in banking, finance, and international trade.

Ms. Murillo serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as serving on the board of directors of U4C. She is an international business professional and entrepreneur. In addition to her role at U4C, Ms. Murillo is an associate and consultant for Global Affairs Associates (Houston, Texas), which works with private, public and nonprofit sectors in the areas of corporate social responsibility strategy and implementation.
